About the Portal
The National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus was established according to the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated December 16, 2002 No. 609 “On the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus and on Introducing Alterations and Amendment to the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus”.
The creation of the National Legal Internet Portal as the basic state information resource of a global computer network Internet in the field of the law and legal informatization was inspired by the President of the Republic of Belarus.
The basis of the information contents of the National legal Internet Portal is the legal information (texts of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus). Theoretical and practical, educational, reference and other information in the field of the law and legal informatization also is placed on the given Portal.
Forming, conducting and providing of functioning of the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus are carried out by the National Center of Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus.
