Belarus and China sign the agreement on public prosecution

The Prosecutor’s Offices of the Republic of Belarus and the People’s Republic of China concluded the Agreement on cooperation between the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Belarus and the Supreme People's Prosecutor's Office of the People's Republic of China.

The parties agreed to cooperate in the following forms: organization of visits of prosecutors to share experiences; exchange of experience and information of mutual interest; exchange the experience in the fields of organized crime and crimes in the sphere of high technologies; organization of workshops and round tables; training of prosecutors and other required forms of collaboration.

Cooperation between the parties shall be carried out on the base of written requests sent by mail, fax, electronic mail or other technical facilities.

The Agreement was signed in Beijing as of 16 July 2013 and entered into force in the day of signing for 5 years with possibility of its prolongation.
