Law on customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus adopted

The Law of the Republic of Belarus "On customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" was signed by the President of the Republic of Belarus on 10 January 2014. The Law regulates relations connected with movement of goods through the customs border of the Customs union within the framework of the Eurasian economic space, transportation of goods under customs control, temporary storage, customs declaration, release and use in accordance with customs procedures, performance of customs control, making customs payments in the Republic of Belarus as part of the unified customs territory of the Customs union, and also between customs bodies of the Republic of Belarus and persons that possess, use and dispose of those goods.
The Law was officially published on 22 January 2014 and enters into force in three months after its official publication.
