President adopted amendments in the legislation concerning leasing of dwelling premises

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 6 April 2017 No 109 amended legislation concerning the procedure for carrying out leasing activity in the Republic of Belarus. In particular, amendments approved by the Edict determine the conditions for leasing companies intending to carry out leasing of dwelling premises and contain the Regulations on leasing of one-apartment dwelling houses and apartments in the Republic of Belarus.

The Edict No. 109 was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 8 April 2017, and its main provisions enter into force in six months after its official publication.
