President of Belarus approved the draft of the Treaty about the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 28 December 2016 No. 499 approved the draft of the Treaty about the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union as a basis for holding negotiations.

According to the Edict the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus is authorized to hold negotiations concerning the draft treaty and signed it.

The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 31 December 2016 and entered into force from the day of its signature.
