Legislation on declaring income and property by natural persons amended

The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 9 January 2017 No. 16-Z provided a new wording for the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 4 January 2003 “On declaring incomes and property by natural persons’ regulating relations arising in the sphere of declaring incomes and property by natural persons according to requests of tax bodies.

The Law No. 16-Z was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 14 January 2017, and its main provisions enter into force in six months after its official publication.
