Belarus signs Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 13 March 2017 No 1 authorized the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus to sign the Hague Convention of 23 November 2007 on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance.

The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 15 March 2017 and entered into force from the day of its signing.
