President approved new arrangements for development of agroecotourism

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 9 October 2017 No 365 laid down new measures aimed at facilitating the development of agroecotoursm in rural areas. In particular, the Edict defines the requirements for operators of agroecotourism, the infrastructure that can be used in providing services of agroecotourism and the types of such services.

The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 11 October 2017, and its main provisions enter into force in three months after its official publication.
