System of registration of prices for medicines to be introduced in Belarus

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 22 August 2018 No 345 “On the registration of prices for medicines”, established that the maximum selling prices of organizations engaged in the production of medicines included in the list approved thereby are subject to registration. The Edict further provides that from 1 January 2019 until 31 December 2020 it shall be prohibited to realize in the territory of the Republic of Belarus mentioned medicines the maximum selling prices of which are not registered.

The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 25 August 2018, and its main provisions entered into force after its official publication.
