Government determined the procedure for sending notifications about the beginning of carrying out economic activities

In accordance with clause 3 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 23 November 2017 No. 7 "On development of entrepreneurship" Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 22 February 2018 No 143 approved Regulations on the order of sending and record keeping of notifications about the beginning of carryout out economic activities. The Regulations determine the order in which legal persons and individual entrepreneurs shall send notifications about the beginning of carrying out economic activities to local administrative and executive bodies, as well as the order of record keeping of received notifications, and approve the form of such notifications.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 22 February 2018 and enters into force from 26 February 2018.
