New measures for development of international road transport of goods approved
The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 10 April 2019 No. 141 “On measures for the development of international road transport of goods” has exempted from utilization fee some turntable tractors and motor vehicles for the transport of goods of a gross vehicle weight exceeding 20 tonnes, but not exceeding 50 tonnes, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.
The mentioned vehicles should belong to environmental class 6 and be imported into the territory of the Republic of Belarus and placed under the customs procedure of release for domestic consumption by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus.
The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 12 April 2019 and entered into force after its official publication.
