Amendments to the Commercial Procedural and Civil Procedural Codes to approve

According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 17 July 2019 No. 233-З amendments to the Commercial Procedural and Civil Procedural Codes regarding judicial protection of interested parties in order proceedings were approved, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.

The Law was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 2 August 2019, and enters into force in ten days after its official publication.
