President approved the procedure for enactment of international auditing standards on the territory of the Republic of Belarus
Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 26 November 2019 No 429 provides for the procedure for enacting international auditing standards and the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants adopted by the International Federation of Accountants on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.
According to the Edict, international auditing standards and the Code of Ethics shall be enacted by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus as technical normative legal acts that are not related to the field of technical regulation and standardization.
The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 27 November 2019 and entered into force after its official publication.
