Belarus ratified Agreement with Netherlands on cooperation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters

The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 18 December 2018 ratified the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on cooperation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters, signed in Minsk on 12 June 2018, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs. The Agreement provides the basic principles and forms of mutual assistance in customs matters, as well as the procedure for cooperation in presenting information necessary for the suppression and investigation of offenses in this sphere.

The Law was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 3 January 2019.
