Amendments of the Law on natural monopolies approved
The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 11 November 2019 introduced amendments into the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 16 December 2002 "On Natural Monopolies", the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.
In particular, the amendments approved modified provisions concerning the competence of state bodies in the sphere of natural monopolies and methods of state regulation of the activities of natural monopolies entities.
The Law was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 22 November 2019, and its main provisions enter into force in six months after the official publication.
