Limitation on the profit of developers in housing construction with the involvement of funds of citizens to establish

According to the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 2 July 2020 No. 247 the size of the profit of developers during the construction of residential premises with the involvement of funds of citizens cannot exceed 5% of their estimated cost determined at current prices, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.

The Edict was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 7 July 2020 and its main provisions enter into force in six months after its official publication.
