Government approved Regulations on issuance of permits for movement of certain goods across the state border of the Republic of Belarus

The Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 27 October 2020 No 610 approved Regulations on issuance of permits in the field of environmental protection for the movement of certain types of goods across the state border of the Republic of Belarus, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.

In particular the Resolution approved the Regulations on the procedure and conditions for issuing conclusions (permits) for importation into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and/or exportation from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union or importation into the Republic of Belarus from the territory of a member state of the Eurasian Economic Union and/or exportation from the Republic Belarus on the territory of a member state of the Eurasian Economic Union of ozone-depleting substances and products containing them and the Regulations on the procedure and conditions for issuing permits for the movement across the state border of the Republic of Belarus of species of animals and plants, their parts or derivatives, falling under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora of 3 March 1973.

The Resolution was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 30 October 2020.
