Belarus ratified Agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters with Egypt

The Law of the Republic of Belarus of 14 October 2020 ratified the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters, signed in Cairo on 19 February 2020, the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus informs.

The Agreement defines the basic principles and forms of mutual assistance in customs matters, as well as the procedure for interaction in providing necessary information for detection, suppression and investigation of offenses and crimes.

The Law was officially published in Russian on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus on 17 October 2020.
