Negotiations on the projects of treaties with the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh and the Republic of Singapore to be held

The recent Edicts of the President of the Republic of Belarus № 461 and № 462 as of 9 October, 2012, establish the holding of the negotiations on the projects of treaties between the Republic of Belarus and the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh and the Republic of Singapore.
Both Edict № 461 and № 462 approve the project of the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh as well as between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Singapore on avoidance of double taxation and prevention from the evasion to pay taxes in respect of the taxes on income and property (capital).
The Deputy Minister of the Ministry of tax and duty Selitskaya Ella Aleksandrovna is authorized to carry out such negotiations.
The Edicts enter into force from the day of the signing.
