China to build five-star hotel in Minsk
BEIJING, 10 November (BelTA) – A five-star hotel will be constructed in Minsk by 2014. The decision is contained in the memorandum signed at the 12th meeting of the Belarusian-Chinese commission on trade and economic cooperation in Beijing, BelTA has learnt.
The memorandum of understanding was inked by Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Hall Sergei Radoman and the Chinese company Xuan Yuan International Investment Group.
The document envisages the construction of a five-star hotel complex in Minsk. After the signing ceremony the sides talked over the implementation of the project.
Xuan Yuan International Investment Group makes part of XY Group International which is currently constructing the chip board production line in Bobruisk-based Fandok and a cardboard manufacturing facility at the Dobrush subsidiary of the Belorussiye Oboi Company.
