Lukashenko confers generalship on governors
GRODNO OBLAST, 4 November (BelTA) – Belarusian head of state Alexander Lukashenko has visited the Gozha firing range near Grodno to attend the final stage of the territorial defense exercise and confer generalship on the regional governors and the Minsk mayor, BelTA has learnt.
Alexander Lukashenko took the relevant decision while visiting a stationary control post of the territorial defense headquarters in Minsk on 3 November.
