MOSCOW, 13 December (BelTA) – The Council of Ministers of the Belarus-Russia Union State has focused on five areas of the industrial economy, State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota told reporters reviewing the session of the Union State Council of Ministers that was held in Moscow on 12 December, BelTA has learnt.
