Belarus' GDP growth estimated at 2% in January 2012
MINSK, 8 February (BelTA) - The GDP growth in Belarus is estimated at 2% in January 2012, Deputy Economy Minister of Belarus Alexander Yaroshenko told reporters.
“In January we expect the economic growth to slow down. However it will not fall into the negative territory. The GDP will be in the positive, at about 2% for January and about 2.5% for the first quarter. So far these are the projections of the Economy Ministry,” Alexander Yaroshenko said.
