Lukashenko congratulates Sauli Niinisto on election as Finland President
MINSK, 7 February (BelTA) – President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated Sauli Niinisto on election as President of the Republic of Finland, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian head of state.
Alexander Lukashenko emphasized that Belarus attaches much significance to expanding cooperation with Finland.
“I am convinced that Belarus and Finland will deepen their cooperation based on the principles of partnership and mutual respect to the interests of the peoples of the two countries,” the head of state said.
