BelCCI organizes visit of Belarusian businessmen to Serbia

MINSK, 6 January (BelTA) – The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) will arrange a special business visit of representatives of Belarusian companies to Belgrade on 16-19 January, BelCCI representatives told BelTA.

The event is timed to the sixth session of the Belarusian-Serbian intergovernmental commission for trade and economic cooperation. The fifth session of the business council for cooperation between the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Economy Chamber of Serbia will be held. Negotiations between Belarusian and Serbian businessmen will be arranged.

The Belarusian delegation will include representatives of the free economic zone Gomel-Raton, OAO Priorbank, Gomselmash, Belarusian Steel Works, and several other organizations and companies, representatives of the Industry Ministry, and the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee.

The visit is supposed to give businessmen an opportunity to find investors and partners for the sake of increasing sales, to allow them to acquire new equipment and technology to retool their enterprises using foreign loans among other things.
