Belarus to hold fairs in Russia, Georgia

MINSK, 23 July (BelTA) - A Belarusian fair, Belarusian Quality, will be held in Moscow from 26 to 29 July 2012, BelTA learnt from the Minsk office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).

Belarusian Quality, a universal fair that will display a wide choice of Belarus’ food industry products and consumer goods, is intended to establish interregional cooperation and partnership relations and help fill the Russian consumer market with high quality goods.

The fair will be held at Moscow’s Cheryomushkinsky market which is an important point of sale of the Russian capital.

Another fair presenting the Belarusian products will be held in Batumi (Georgia) from 26 to 29 July. The fair is organized by Belinterexpo, BCCI’s exhibition unitary enterprise. The products will be exhibited at the multifunctional complex Batumi Plaza which is located in the city center.

The BCCI noted that the event is a multi-industry and a universal one, which implies that it is not restricted in terms of the products exhibited. The fair will help promote contacts with Georgia’s businessmen and present a wide spectrum of Belarusian goods. The fair is held in this region for the first time and is organized with the assistance from the Embassy of Georgia in Belarus.
