Russia's WTO accession will not affect Union State, Rapota says

MOSCOW, 16 July (BelTA) - Russia's accession to the WTO will not affect the cooperation in the Union State, State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota told a press briefing on 16 July, BelTA learnt.

Grigory Rapota stressed that Belarus and Russia enjoy the great level of trust.

He also noted that he does not expect any problems in the Customs Union in connection with Russia’s accession to the WTO either. “The agreements between the three countries clearly spell out the actions regarding the customs tariffs after one of them joins the WTO,” Grigory Rapota said.
