Mikhnevich to head Belarusian delegation at OSCE Ministerial Council in Dublin

MINSK, 29 November (BelTA) - First Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Mikhnevich will head the Belarusian delegation at the 19th OSCE Ministerial Council to be held in Dublin (Ireland) on 6-7 December, spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of Belarus Andrei Savinykh told a press briefing.

The Dublin summit will focus on the development of the concept and contents of the initiative to build the Euro-Atlantic and Eurasian security community approved at the OSCE summit in Astana 2010. The summit participants are also scheduled to address the issues of countering terrorism, drug trafficking, corruption, management of stockpiles of small arms and light weapons, freedom of movement and mass media, and combating racism and xenophobia.
