Lukashenko meets with Russian Foreign Minister
MINSK, 30 October (BelTA) - Development of the Belarusian-Russian relations, including within the framework of the Union State, the interaction of the two countries in the integration associations were discussed at a meeting between President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, BelTA has learnt.
During the meeting the parties exchanged views on the pressing issues on the international agenda.
“It is nice to see you. It is very good that we meet at this point. There are the issues that we need to discuss. Given that you are a friend of Belarus, I am expecting a frank and positive conversation,” the head of state said.
