Belarus partaking in Almaty transport and logistics expo

MINSK, 20 September (BelTA) – Belarusian companies are taking part in the international transport and logistics exhibition Transit-TransKazakhstan that is underway in Almaty on 19-21 September, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Belarus.

Attending the largest freight traffic and logistics forum in Kazakhstan and Central Asia are more than 150 companies from 13 countries including from the CIS, Germany, Israel, Iran, China, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Estonia.

Belarus has brought to the expo the stands prepared by the Belarusian Railways, the Gomel Car Repair Plant and the Brest Electrical Engineering Plant. Representatives of the Belarusian companies are expected to meet with foreign partners to discuss better use of the country’s transit potential.
