Belarus participating in OSCE and UNODC regional seminar in Vienna

MINSK, 4 September (BelTA) – A delegation of Belarus is taking part in the Regional Seminar on Identifying, Restraining and Recovering Stolen Assets in the OSCE Region. The event is held in Vienna on 3-5 September 2012 under the aegis of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), BelTA learnt from the Belarusian Embassy in Austria.
The aim of the seminar is to discuss and exchange experience on anti-corruption and anti-money laundering issues and issues related to legal instruments, as well as international and regional co-operation frameworks.
Taking part in the seminar is chief for coordination and international cooperation of the financial monitoring department of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus Vitaly Prosvirov. He will share Belarus’ expertise in the related matters.
