Belarus businessmen to visit Slovakia, Czech Republic

MINSK, 3 September (BelTA) – The Minsk Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) organizes a business visit for Belarusian companies to Slovakia and the Czech Republic on 9-15 September, BelTA learnt from the BCCI Office in Minsk.

The program of the business trip envisages participation in the 54th International Engineering Fair MSV 2012 in Brno, the Czech Republic, as well as in Belarus Day as part of the exhibition forum.

The MSV 2012 expo will feature mining, steel and foundry equipment, machinery for ceramic and glass industries, materials and components for mechanical engineering and many more.

Brno will also play host to the 3rd International Trade Fair PlastEx, the 14th International Foundry Expo FondEx, 21st International Welding Expo Welding, and the 4th International Exhibition ProFintech.

Zilina District which is to be visited by Belarusian companies lies to the north-west of Slovakia and is one of the economic and industrial hubs of the country. Among the leading industries are energy, engineering, steel, construction, chemistry, woodworking, furniture, textile, food manufacturing and others. The Belarusian delegation will partake in a business matchmaking session at the Zilina Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
