Makei, Aviles discuss Belarusian machinery exports to Central America

MINSK, 29 August (BelTA) - On 29 August Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei met with Honorary Consul of Belarus in Nicaragua Noel Alberto Gaitan Aviles, who is currently in Minsk on a working visit, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.

The parties reviewed the issues of bilateral cooperation, including prospects for further strengthening trade and economic cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and Nicaragua.

Vladimir Makei praised Noel Alberto Gaitan Aviles’ contribution as the manager and co-owner of the company Auto Aleman Asociados Nicaragua S.A. to the promotion of Belarusian tractors in Nicaragua and the markets of other Central American countries, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Costa Rica.

For his part, Noel Alberto Gaitan Aviles spoke about the plans to develop active cooperation with other Belarusian exporters such as Minsk Automobile Plant, Belshina and Belagromash.
