Makei meets with Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran
MINSK, 8 July (BelTA) – Foreign Minister of Belarus Vladimir Makei has met with President of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue, Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran to discuss the state and prospects of Belarus-Vatican cooperation on 8 July, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran is in Belarus as the Legate of Pope Francis. He attends events to mark the 400th anniversary of the acquisition of the Budslav Icon of the Mother of God.
