Andreichenko: Union State best practices applied in Eurasian integration projects

MINSK, 28 June (BelTA) - Best practices of the Belarus-Russia Union State are used in the Eurasian integration projectsto the full extent, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Vladimir Andreichenko said at a final meeting of the second session of the House of Representatives of the fifth convocation, BelTA has learnt.

“The experience we have gained in the Union State is applied in the Eurasian integration process, too,” Vladimir Andreichenko underlined. The official noted that not long ago a roundtable to discuss Eurasian integration was held in Minsk. Partaking in that session were the Russian MPs. Together with the Belarusian counterparts they later attended the 44th session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Belarus-Russia Union State.

According to Vladimir Andreichenko, the session has become a notable political event.

He added that during the second session of the House of Representatives of the fifth convocation, Belarus was, as usual, an active participant in the work of such international organizations as the CIS, the CSTO and the EurAsEC.
