EU suspends sanctions against Makei
MINSK, 24 June (BelTA) – The European Union has suspended sanctions against Foreign Minister of Belarus Vladimir Makei, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
Commenting on this decision for a BelTA journalist, Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of Belarus Andrei Savinykh said: “This is a constructive decision in the right direction. The existing differences can be settled only by means of contacts and a mutually respectful dialogue”.
