Aleinik presents his credentials to HM Queen Elizabeth II

MINSK, 6 June (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Sergei Aleinik presented his credentials to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in a ceremony at the Buckingham Palace on 5 June, BelTA learned from the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Belarus.

“During the brief conversation, which was held after the ceremony, the sides expressed mutual interest in the further strengthening of the bilateral cooperation, including in the political, trade, economic, educational, cultural and humanitarian areas,” the Foreign Ministry said.
