Belarus’ National Expo in Kazakhstan on 5-8 June

MINSK, 3 June (BelTA) – Belarus’ National Expo in Kazakhstan will be held in Astana from 5 to 8 June, BelTA learned from the Information Ministry of Belarus

The expo will showcase the export capabilities of Belarusian companies interested in promoting their goods and services to the market of Kazakhstan. The program also features business meetings and negotiations, business matchmaking events, and the singing of agreements and contracts for the supply of goods or services.

Belarus will also demonstrate its scientific and technical advances, and educational services to enhance the cooperation in R&D and education.

The national expo aims to strengthen cultural relations of Belarus and Kazakhstan, enhance cultural exchange between the two countries, raise the awareness among the public of Kazakhstan about the traditions of the Belarusian people.

The organizers of the expo are the Trade Ministry, the Foreign Ministry, the Industry Ministry, the State Committee for Sciences and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and other agencies. The event will be held in accordance with the plan of national exhibitions abroad for 2013.
