Belarus, Brazil intend to intensify cooperation in education

MINSK, 4 March (BelTA) - Belarus and Brazil intend to intensify cooperation in the education field. This area of cooperation was discussed in a meeting between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Brazil Leonid Krupets and Vice President of the Federal Senate Romero Juca, BelTA learnt from the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.

The event was also attended by representatives of the business community of Brazil. “The parties discussed prospects for the development of relations between Belarus and Brazil in various areas. The parties emphasized the need to enhance cooperation in education, including through the implementation of the Brazilian program "Education without borders” in Belarus,” the Foreign Ministry said.

The parties noted the great potential of bilateral cooperation and confirmed interest in its further development.
