Belarus, Kazakhstan to sign agreement on readmission

MINSK, 20 September (BelTA) – President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko approved the draft agreement with Kazakhstan on the order of staying in Belarus for Kazakhstani nationals and in Kazakhstan for Belarusian people as a basis for further talks, BelTA learnt from the presidential press service.

Apart from that, the head of state approved draft intergovernmental agreement with Kazakhstan on readmission and the executive protocol on the implementation of the agreement.

Interior Minister Igor Shunevich has been authorized to hold the talks and sign the agreement. The President signed the relevant decrees on 19 September, the press service noted.
