Liu Yunshan to visit Minsk 4-5 September

MINSK, 3 September (BelTA) - Member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee Liu Yunshan will visit Belarus on 4-5 September, BelTA learnt from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) in Minsk.

The embassy noted that Liu Yunshan is set to hold a number of talks in the Belarusian capital, including with Chairman of the Council of the Republic Anatoly Rubinov. The parties will discuss, among other things, the status of implementation of the arrangements reached earlier at the top level.

Liu Yunshan will also visit major Belarusian enterprises and see the sights in Minsk.

The embassy pointed out the importance of the visit, the forthcoming talks and the active exchange of delegations between Belarus and the PRC.
