Persons responsible for construction of Industrial Park Great Stone appointed in Belarus

MINSK (BelTA) - The heads of government bodies and institutions have been entrusted with the responsibility for the timely execution of the activities under the auspices of the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park Great Stone project and for the unconditional compliance with the construction deadlines. Executive order No. 268r was signed by Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov on 1 July, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian government.

The Administration of the Park together with the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee and the Industrial Park Development Company shall draw up a plan for the development of housing and social infrastructure of the Park and shall identify the sources of financing these objects.

The Economy Ministry, within the framework of the Intergovernmental Coordinating Council and the Working Group for the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park, shall ensure the overall coordination of the development of the Park and arrange prompt consideration of the issues arising during the implementation of the project.

In addition, the Economy Ministry, together with the Chinese side, shall set up a bilateral group of experts to conduct a study of the industrial park development policy, and shall approve the schedule for drafting the normative legal acts and drawing up a development strategy of the industrial park, the work plan of the aforementioned group by 1 August 2016.
