Lukashenko, Erdogan to hold official talks in Minsk on 11 November

MINSK (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will hold official talks at the Palace of Independence in Minsk on 11 November, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The heads of state will discuss a wide range of issues regarding the development of interstate relations with an emphasis on the enhancement of the trade and economic cooperation, exchange opinions about the regional and international agenda. After the talks the sides are expected to sign a number of bilateral documents.

As part of the official visit of the Turkey President to Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and Recep Tayyip Erdogan will attend the Belarusian-Turkish business forum and the opening ceremony of the Cathedral Mosque in Minsk.
