Belarus signs visa-free travel agreement with Argentina

MINSK (BelTA) – Belarus and Argentina signed an intergovernmental agreement on visa-free travel for citizens of the two countries, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The document was concluded in Minsk during the Belarusian-Argentinean ministerial consultations. The Belarusian delegation was led at the consultations by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yevgeny Shestakov. The Argentinean delegation was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship Carlos Foradori. The parties discussed joint steps in intensifying the Belarusian-Argentinean relations. Special attention was paid to further development of the bilateral dialogue in the political, trade, economic and humanitarian areas, and also cooperation in international organizations.
