Belarus, Nicaragua prepare visa free trip agreement
Nicaragua has submitted for consideration of Belarus a draft agreement on visa free trips between the two countries, Foreign Minister of Belarus Sergei Martynov told reporters after a meeting with his Nicaraguan counterpart Samuel Santos Lopez on October 30.
According to Sergei Martynov, the two sides “discussed and identified all cooperation areas”. The sides agreed to start developing a fundamental treaty and legal base of the bilateral relations. Belarus and Nicaragua have already launched the development of a trade and economic cooperation agreement. The Foreign Ministers discussed the ways of diversifying mutual trade with the help of high-technology goods. Belarus and Nicaragua plan to resume cooperation in education.
According to the Belarusian Foreign Minister, the countries have been closely cooperating in the international organizations including the Non-Aligned Movement. “We will continue our cooperation in the international organizations,” the Belarusian Minister said. |
