Turkish PROGE ready to help with investors into Belarusian construction projects

Turkish company PROGE is ready to help with attracting foreign investments into construction projects in Belarus, PROGE President Hasan Barutcu said during business negotiations at the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on November 26.

He remarked, PROGE arranges construction site operation, helps potential investors with working out and managing projects. In the past the company invested a lot in real estate development and has a lot of experience in this area.

“We cooperate with various major companies in Turkey and other countries, which are ready to invest in constructing new buildings — business centres, residential districts, hotels, exhibition and trade facilities, social infrastructure. Our key partner is US construction company Turner, which has constructed multiple buildings across the globe, including skyscrapers and airports. PROGE can help Belarusian construction companies with implementing projects, managing them and attracting investors,” said Hasan Barutcu.

During the negotiations major projects, which are supposed to be implemented in Belarus, were presented. The number includes a football manege, an aqua park, an artistic gymnastics hall, residential buildings in Mogilev, a business centre in Platonov Street in Minsk, a 38 hectare residential district in Gomel and other projects. Representatives of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, city administration of Minsk, Mogilev, and Gomel, Belpromstroi company were present during the event.
