Belarus approves CIS agreement on cooperation in exchange of radiation monitoring data

BelTA) – The Belarusian government has approved an agreement on interaction between CIS member states in the exchange of radiation monitoring data. This is stipulated by Council of Ministers' Resolution No. 834 of 28 November 2023, which was officially published on the national legal internet portal, BelTA has learned.
The document approves the agreement on interaction between the CIS member states in the exchange of data on radiation monitoring, signed in Sochi on 8 June 2023.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection has been authorized with the implementation of the document.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to send a notification on Belarus' fulfillment of domestic procedures required for the agreement to enter into force.
