General Information

The National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus is the main state information resource of the global Internet computer network in the field of law. This is stipulated by paragraph 1 of Article 60¹ of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2018 No. 130-Z «On Normative Legal Acts».

Information content and services

The resource plays a key role in ensuring the principle of openness and accessibility of legal information, which forms the basis of its informational content (texts of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, their thematic collections on topical issues of law). It is the only source of official publication of normative legal acts in Belarus (since July 1, 2012). It provides online access to the National Register of Legal Acts, the unified state system for accounting legal acts of the country, from August 1, 2026 – to the digital indicators fixed in the normative legal acts, in the section "Unified Register of Digital Indicators".

The Portal promptly broadcasts the current news agenda in the field of law and the state, it contains analytical materials on legal topics, comments on legislation in video and graphic format, reference and other information, and access to the legal dictionary – an information and analytical resource of legal terminology of national legislation.

Today, the Portal is a comprehensive digital platform combining official legal information, expert materials and modern communication formats, which makes it an indispensable tool for all participants in legal relations in the Republic of Belarus.

The resource is constantly evolving, introducing advanced digital solutions. It is adapted for mobile devices, equipped with an intuitive navigation system, advanced search capabilities and other convenient services focused on user needs.

The high quality of the Portal's content and technological solutions have been repeatedly awarded with diplomas at prestigious domestic and international competitions in the field of information technology and media.

Management

The formation, maintenance and operation of the Portal is carried out by the National Center of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Belarus.
