Council on legal and judicial issues created

The Council on legal and judicial issues has been created according to Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 8 December 2011 No 573. The Council will function as a permanent advisory body under the President of the Republic of Belarus for discussing most important issues related to the fulfillment of the President’s powers in the field of law, as well as for making proposals on improvement of judicial activity.
The Edict enters into force from the day of its official publication.
