Agreement on navigation on inland waterways between Belarus and Poland ratified

The recent Law of the Republic of Belarus as of 13 July 2012, №406-3, “On ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Poland on navigation on inland waterways” ratifies the Agreement between Belarus and Poland. As follows, the present Agreement permits cabotage transportation, transit transportation of goods or passengers on inland waterways. The Agreement regulates rights and duties of the parties as well.
The present Agreement enters into force on the 30th day after receipt through diplomatic channels of the last written notification, in which the Contracting Parties shall inform each other that the procedures, which are required to be performed in accordance with the domestic law of the states for the entry into force of this Agreement, have been completed.
